Returns & Exchanges
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the original order confirmation email and order number to hand.
To start a return, you can contact us at email@example.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and offer to make it right for you. Please notify us within 48 hours of receipt of goods.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as bespoke products (that are made-to-order). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
FRP Homestore does not hold stock of some items and are made to order. Due to the bespoke nature of an order, we are unable to offer refunds but, we are happy to exchange unused items or offer a digital credit note to the item value, when the item is returned in perfect and original condition with the receipt and attached within 7 days of receipt.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
The Customer will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods if he or she exercises this right of cancellation under the Regulations. If the Customer does not actually return the goods to FRP Homestore, the Customer is under a duty to make the goods available for collection at the Customer’s expense from the address to which they were delivered. The customer will also be responsible for the cost of sending a replacement item should the customer ask for an exchange.
Variances may occur from photographs shown on the website, this is the beauty of handmade products. The product you receive might have small imperfections due to the nature of your item being made by an artisan.
